You CAN Use Rental Kharma If You
- Pay rent to a property management company that professionally manages 50 or more units
- Pay rent to a landlord, so long as the landlord owns the property (is on the deed)
- Pay rent to a family member, so long as the family member owns the property (is on the deed)

Sorry, You CANNOT Use Rental Kharma if You Rent
- Properties you, or your company, own
- Subleased properties
- Commercial properties
- Short-term rentals or hotels
