Rent Reporting
Rent is reported to TransUnion and Equifax, including your past rent at your current address.
- One renter: $75 to enroll, then $8.95 per month
- Two renters: $100 to enroll, then $13.95 per month
Your enrollment fee includes reporting all past history at your current rental. Your first monthly charge is 30 days after you sign up.
Each month, we will reach out to your landlord or property manager to confirm you are still being a great tenant and paying your rent on time!
Utility Reporting
Phone, electric, gas and water bills are reported to TransUnion. Enrollment is $25 per utility bill:
- One bill: $25 to enroll, then $4.95 per month
- Two bills: $50 to enroll, then $9.95 per month
- Three bills: $75 to enroll, then $14.95 per month
- Four bills: $100 to enroll, then $19.95 per month
Expedited Appointment
Optional, for rent reporting only. The $25 appointment fee is a non-refundable, non-transferable payment for the appointment. Your enrollment fee is paid separately, during your appointment, if you qualify and choose to enroll.
How Can I Cancel my Services?
We do not have any cancellation fees or contracts. You can cancel your account at any time! Read about our cancellation and refund policy here.
