Utility reporting requires that you have access to your utility account online so that we can confirm your payment history and account age
Some accounts require a 3 way call with the utility company to confirm your accounts open date
If your utility account was opened in the last couple months, do not register that account. It will show as a new account and could drop your credit score!

After registration you will be directed to schedule your onboarding call to complete the process
The onboarding call will take 10 minutes depending on the number of utilities you are reporting
Your utility accounts will report on your TransUnion credit reportWe will work with the other bureaus in the near future to see if they are ready to include utilities
You commit to a short follow up meeting with a Rental Kharma teammate after reporting to review your results!
