Rental Kharma New Member Status

If you ever get a message from us that we need to speak with you, please call as soon as possible to prevent a delay.

Step 1

  • We confirm that we can report your rent at your current rental address
  • We will notify you when Step 1 is complete

Step 2

  • We will reach out to your landlord or property manager multiple times per week until we complete the rent verification
  • To speed this process up, you can have your landlord or property manager call us at their convenience at 931-203-5767 Monday-Friday 9-6 EST

Step 3

  • Your rent is uploaded to the credit bureaus the same day your confirmation is completed
  • Your rent will appear on your TransUnion and Equifax credit reports in about 3 business days
  • We will notify you when Step 3 is complete
